    The Committee on Pensions moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line twenty-four, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the following amendment:

    On page eight, subsection1 4.1., before the words “The sums”, by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: And provided further, That beginning July 1, 2013, the West Virginia State Police shall contribute fourteen and five-tenths percent (14.5%) of the monthly salary of each member of the West Virginia State Police Retirement System to the West Virginia State Police Retirement System.
